కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నేతృత్వంలో అఖిలపక్ష పార్టీలు కలిసి కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత ప్రజా వ్యతిరేక విధానాలకు నిరసనగా చేపట్టిన భారత్ బంద్ పాక్షికంగా జరిగింది. కాంగ్రెస్ తో పాటు అఖిల పక్షనాయకుల ముందస్తు అరెస్టులు, గులాబ్ తుపాను ప్రభావంతో బంద్ ప్రభావం అంతగా కనిపించలేదు.
