Modak is an Indian sweet dumpling that is a favorite sweet of Lord Ganesha and is often made during the Ganesh Chaturthi festival in India. Traditionally, people used to make Udyachi Modak which is a bit different where the modak outer layer is made of rice flour and there is an inner stuffing of coconut and jaggery. Later, over the years, people experiments with Modak and made different versions like Khoya modak, chocolate modak, boondi modak, and motichoor modak.

Nowadays, we also see modak in many flavors like ras malai, Nutella, red velvet, blueberry, and raspberry. Today, I am going to share an instant Pineapple modak recipe made of coconut and stuffed dry fruits. To make it more delicious and creamy, milk powder and cashew nut powder have been used to prepare the modak. This is a very easy and quick recipe that can be made in just 10 minutes.

Recipe:
Ingredients:-
Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा) - ½ cup
Milk Powder (दूध का पाउडर) - 4 tbsp
Fresh cream (ताजा मलाई) - 2 tbsp
Pineapple crush (अनानास क्रश) - 3 tbsp
Cashew nut powder (काजू पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
Pineapple essence (अनानास सार) - ½ tsp
Yellow color (पीला रंग) - little

For Stuffing
Cashew nuts (काजू) - 2 tbsp
Pistachios (पिस्ता) - 2 tbsp
Almonds (बादाम) - 2 tbsp
Cashew nut powder (काजू पाउडर)- 1 tbsp
Pineapple crush (अनानास क्रश) - 1 tsp
Modak mixture (मोदक मिश्रण) - 1 tbsp
