Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ghee
200 grams Coconut, grated
200 grams Mawa
1/2 cup Cashew Nuts
200 grams Pineapple, diced
200 grams Sugar
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Green Cardamom
1/4 Saffron
Ghee for greasing

Method of preparation:
Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut, saute it on medium flame on medium flame.
Add mawa, cashew nuts, pineapple, sugar, turmeric powder, green cardamom, saffron, mix well and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down.
Apply some ghee on the mold, take a spoonful of the mixture and confine it into the mold.
Open the mold and our Pineapple modak is ready.
