Huge rainfall in the last 2 days in Odisha has led to waterlogging and 4 deaths have been reported so far, informed Odisha Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) Pradeep Kumar Jena on Sept 15. “Water pumps have been deployed and evacuations carried out. An assessment of the damages caused by the heavy rainfall will be conducted,” he said.
