Incessant rainfall led to severe water-logging in parts of Siliguri of West Bengal on August 19. The movements of people are adversely affected in many areas due to heavy rains. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted “Generally cloudy sky with heavy rain” in Siliguri for today.
