Info from Licensor: "Recorded from our Ring Doorbell, sent 1st video to Amazon, received a stock email stating they take this seriously and will look into it. Next incident, sent in video and photo of the truck, received the same email. Sent in 3rd complaint asking for our packages not be thrown and for her not to park in the driveway, received same email and now haven't seen her last few deliveries."
