Heavy rains lashed several parts of Delhi-NCR region for the second day in a row which led to waterlogging in many parts of the city. Normal life was thrown out of gear in the national capital, causing inconvenience for the commuters. The weather office has predicted light to moderate intensity rainfall for Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
