India's wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik is currently playing the commentator role in the third Test of the ongoing 5-Test series between India vs England. He has been part of the commentary panel since the final of the World Test Championship played in the third week of June, but will now leave the commentary panel after the third Test between India and England at Headingley here. And the reason for this is the second season of IPL 14 which is to be played in UAE from 19 `September. He himself has confirmed this.
