Taking a big decision, the Chhattisgarh High Court has said that forcibly made physical relationship by the husband with the wife will not come under the category of rape. The court has given this verdict during the hearing of a trial and acquitted the husband of the charges of 'marital rape'.

छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए कहा है कि पति द्वारा पत्नी के साथ जबरन बनाया शारीरिक संबंध रेप की श्रेणी में नहीं आएगा. अदालत ने एक मुकदमे की सुनवाई के दौरान ये फैसला दिया है और पति को 'वैवाहिक बलात्कार' के आरोपों से मुक्त कर दिया है.
