The Central Government has approved all the nine names sent by the Supreme Court Collegium. After which the way has been cleared for India to get the first woman Chief Justice. After the approval of these names by the Center, all the files have now been sent to President Ram Nath Kovind. It is believed that a formal announcement will be made by Friday. The names that have been proposed include three women judges.

केंद्र सरकार (Centre Govt) ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट कॉलेजियम (upreme court collegium) द्वारा भेज गए सभी नौ नामों को मंजूरी दे दी है। जिसके बाद भारत को पहली महिला चीफ जस्टिस (India May Get First Woman CJI) मिलने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है. इन नामों को केंद्र ने मंजूरी देने के बाद सभी फाइलें अब राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद (President Ramnath Kovind) के पास भेज दी गई हैं. माना जा रहा है कि शुक्रवार तक औपचारिक ऐलान हो जाएगा. जिन नामों को प्रस्तावित किया गया है उनमें तीन महिला जज भी शामिल हैं.
