राजनीति में अपराधीकरण को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाना शुरू कर दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बिहार में 9 राजनीतिक दलों को अवमानना का दोषी करार देते हुए जुर्माना लगा दिया. बिहार चुनावों में उम्मीदवारों का आपराधिक इतिहास सार्वजनिक करने के आदेश का पालन ना करने पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ये सख्त कदम उठाया है.
