Kark Sankranti 2021: Kark Sankranti is considered very special from a religious point of view. On this day Sun enters or transits from Gemini to Cancer. Sankranti is the transit of the Sun from one zodiac to another, or in whichever sign it transits, it is known as Sankranti. The effect of this change of Sun God is seen on all the 12 zodiac signs. Sun God will stay in Cancer sign for a whole month i.e. till 16th August. In such a situation, he will continue to influence all the 12 zodiac signs. After this they will transit in their own zodiac sign i.e. Leo. Sankranti is not considered auspicious for the beginning of any auspicious and new work. Kark Sankranti 2021: धार्मिक दृष्टि से कर्क संक्रांति काफी खास मानी जाती है. इस दिन सूर्य मिथुन राशि से कर्क राशि में प्रवेश या गोचर करता है. सूर्य के एक राशि से दूसरी राशि में प्रवेश या गोचर करने को संक्रांति कहते हैं, अथवा यह जिस भी राशि में गोचर करता है, उसी नाम से संक्रांति जानी जाती है. सूर्य देव के इस परिवर्तन का असर सभी 12 राशियों पर देखने को मिलता है. सूर्य देव कर्क राशि में पूरे एक महीने अर्थात 16 अगस्त तक रहेंगे. ऐसे में वह सभी 12 राशियों को प्रभावित करते रहेंगे. इसके बाद ये अपनी खुद की राशि यानि सिंह राशि में गोचर कर जाएंगे. कर्क संक्रांति को किसी भी शुभ और नए कार्य के प्रारंभ के लिए शुभ नहीं माना जाता है. धार्मिक मतों के अनुसार, दक्षिणायन को देवताओं की रात्रि कहा जाता है. इस समय काल में सभी देवी-देवता योग निद्रा में होते हैं. दक्षिणायन से चातुर्मास का प्रारंभ होता है. ऐसे में कोई मांगलिक कार्य जैसे विवाह, लगन, सगाई, मुंडन आदि न करने की सलाह दी जाती है. इस दिन सूर्यदेव को जल अर्पित करें. संक्रांति में की गई सूर्य उपासना से दोषों का शमन होता है. इस दिन आदित्य स्तोत्र एवं सूर्य मंत्र का पाठ करें. इस समय में शहद का प्रयोग लाभकारी माना जाता है. कर्क संक्रांति पर कपड़े और खाने की चीजों खासतौर पर तेल के दान का विशेष महत्व है.
