Chicken 750gms
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp each
Curd 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Onions 2
Tomato 2
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Jeera powder ½ tsp
Dry red chilli 4
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick 2
Black peppercorn 7-8
Cloves 7-8
Jeera 1 tbsp
Black cardamon 1
Bay leaf 1
Water 1 cup
METHOD:
-marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste,salt,and curd.
-roast the whole spices and then grind it to powder.
-put black cardamon and bay leaf in a oil.
-put onions and fry till golden brown.
-then add tomatoes.
-cook till soft
-add all dry masala and grinded powder.
-then add chicken
-cook for 3-4 minutes.
-then add water 1 cup and cover and cook till chicken is tender.
-garnish with coriander leaves.
