Investigation is going on in the case of assault on an elderly person in Ghaziabad. The Ghaziabad Police had ordered Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari to appear. But he did not reach Ghaziabad and reached the High Court. From where he got great relief. The High Court has directed not to take any coercive action against the MD of Twitter India. The High Court said that if the police want to interrogate them, then they have to be interrogated in virtual mode.

गाजियाबाद में बुजुर्ग से मारपीट का मामले में जांच जारी है. गाजियाबाद पुलिस ने ट्विटर इंडिया के MD मनीष माहेश्वरी को पेश होने के आदेश दिए थे. लेकिन वो गाजियाबाद नहीं पहुंच कर हाई कोर्ट पहुंच गए. जहां से उन्हें बड़ी राहत मिली. ट्विटर इंडिया के एमडी के खिलाफ कोई दंडात्मक कार्रवाई नहीं करने का हाईकोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया है. हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि अगर पुलिस उनसे पूछताछ करना चाहती है तो वर्चुअल मोड में पूछताछ करनी होगी.
