The need for hospital beds and oxygen-related products, especially in Gauteng, has become overwhelming during the third wave of COVID-19. Deputy Chair of the Solidarity Fund Adrian Enthoven says private and public hospitals are filled to capacity. He says the fund has been providing support to the public health system as well as NGOs like Gift of the Givers.
