Star Bangladeshi players Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman may not be available for the second phase of the IPL 2021, which is slated to be played in the UAE in September-October as announced by the BCCI in its AGM. The BCCI has finally managed to find a suitable window for hosting the remaining matches of the 14th edition of the IPL.
