At a time when the country is struggling with the second Covid-19 wave, Indian Railways has converted its coaches into Covid-19 isolation/quarantine facilities. During a virtual press conference, Railway Board Chairman and CEO, Suneet Sharma, on May 1 informed, “4,176 train coaches have been converted into Covid-19 isolation/quarantine facilities.”
