India is currently facing a terrible wave of corona virus. The record of new cases of Corona is being broken in the country. In the last 24 hours, there have been cases of record-breaking corona in India. In such a situation, the Supreme Court took suo motu cognizance in this case. The National Plan, which the Supreme Court had asked the Central Government, was heard on Tuesday. The government filed its plan, during the hearing, the court questioned what the Center is doing at different prices of the vaccine, what if the situation is not presently a National Emergency. The Supreme Court said that this court cannot remain a mute spectator at the time of national crisis.

भारत इस वक्त कोरोना वायरस की भयानक लहर का सामना कर रहा है. देश में कोरोना के नए मामलों का रिकॉर्ड टूटता ही जा रहा है. बीते 24 घंटे में भी भारत में रिकॉर्डतोड़ कोरोना के केस सामने आए हैं. ऐसे में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले में स्वत: संज्ञान लिया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार से जो नेशनल प्लान मांगा था, उसपर मंगलवार को सुनवाई हुई. सरकार ने अपना प्लान दाखिल किया, सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत ने सवाल कि वैक्सीन के अलग-अलग दामों पर केंद्र क्या कर रहा है, अगर अभी की स्थिति नेशनल इमरजेंसी नहीं है तो क्या है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय संकट के समय ये अदालत मूकदर्शक नहीं रह सकती.
