Interstate travel is still not allowed and conditions for allowing interstate travel will be tightened, said Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

He said people are not happy with this but the government had to take action to curb the spread of Covid-19.

"Data from the Health Ministry shows that one factor contributing to the spike in daily cases is cross border movements."
