खराब फॉर्म से जूझ रहे मयंक अग्रवाल ने दिल्ली के खिलाफ शानदार इनिंग खेली है. मयंक अग्रवाल ने दिल्ली कैपित्ल्स के गेंदबाजों की खूब धुनाई की. मयंक अग्रवाल ने 69 रनों की पारी खेली. उन्होंने 36 गेंदों का सामना करते हुए सात चौके और चार छक्के लगाए. मयंक अग्रवाल की पारी की सबसे ख़ास बात ये रही कि वो एक ही अंदाज में बल्लेबाजी करते रहे. यानी कि तोड़ फोड़ मचाते रहे. किसी भी गेंदबाजों को उन्होंने नहीं छोड़ा. और आक्रामक रवैया अपनाते रहे. महज 25 गेंदों का सामना करते हुए पंजाब किंग्स के इस बल्लेबाज ने 200 के स्ट्राइक रेट से पचासा पूरा किया. इसके बाद भी मयंक अग्रवाल रन बनाते रहे. उनकी पारी लुकमन मेरीवाला ने खत्म की. कैच आउट कराया. लेकिन, तब तक मयंक अग्रवाल पंजाब किंग्स के लिए केएल राहुल के साथ मिलकर मयंक अग्रवाल शतकीय साझेदारी कर चुके थे.

Mayank Agarwal and captain K L Rahul stitched a century-run opening stand to guide Punjab Kings to a challenging 195 for four against Delhi Capitals in the IPL here on Sunday. Agarwal made 69 off 36 balls, while Rahul scored 61 off 51 deliveries as Punjab made a flying start to their innings. Delhi Capitals skipper Rishabh Pant''s decision to bowl after winning the toss backfired as the opening duo of Agarwal and Rahul took the attack to the opposition bowlers from the onset, hitting boundaries and sixes at will. While Agarwal was the aggressor of the two initially, Rahul upped the ante after a relatively sedate start.
