Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal may announce a weekend curfew in the national capital amid a massive surge in Covid-19 cases. Delhi recorded the biggest single-day jump in its coronavirus tally on Wednesday with 17,282 new cases, while over 100 people died. Kejriwal will hold a meeting with Lt Governor Anil Baijal this afternoon over the issue. MHA officials told News18.com that the decision on the weekend curfew have been left to the LG and the chief minister.
