In West Bengal and Assam, votes are being cast today for the second phase of the assembly elections. Today, the fate of the candidates in 30 seats of Bengal and 39 seats of Assam will be decided in the EVM machine. Tight security arrangements have been made for the election. In West Bengal, there are 171 candidates in 30 assembly seats and 345 candidates are trying their luck in 39 seats of Assam. Today everyone's eyes are on the Nandigram seat of Bengal, where there is a grand affair between Mamata Banerjee and Suvendu Adhikari, on this special occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted and appealed more and more people to vote.
