Mix Vegetable Dum Biryani Recipe
Today I am sharing a quick and easy Vegetable Biryani recipe. It is an aromatic rice dish prepared with selected spices along with vegetables and basmati rice. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.

Oil - 1/4 cup
Cumin - 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Black cardamon - 1
Green Cardamon - 2
Star anise - 1
Clove - 5
Black peppercone - 10 to 15
Onion - 2 sliced
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Green chilli - 8
Tomato - 2 sliced
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Biryani masala - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tbsp or as per taste
Curd - 1/2 cup
French beans - 100g
Carrot - 100g
Cauliflower - 100g
Potato - 1
Green peas - 1 cup
Paneer - 150g fried
Basmati rice - 500g
Fresh coriander - 1/4 cup
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
