Following the violence during the tractor parade of farmers on the occasion of Republic Day, the stir on the borders of Delhi has intensified. On the Ghazipur border, there was a stir till late night. Today the Ghazipur border has been closed, while the Panchayat was convened today on the call of Naresh Tikait, the head of the Indian Farmers Union in Muzaffarnagar. Emergency Panchayat was called again two hours after the Mahapanchayat. During this, Naresh Tikait said in a big statement that tomorrow there will be a mahapanchayat at GIC ground in Muzaffarnagar. In this, all the farmers have been asked to reach by 11 am.

गणतंत्र दिवस के मौके पर किसानों की ट्रैक्टर परेड के दौरान हुई हिंसा के बाद दिल्ली की सीमाओं पर हलचल तेज हो गई है। गाजीपुर बॉर्डर पर गुरुवार देर रात तक हलचल बनी रही।आज गाजीपुर बॉर्डर को बंद कर दिया गया है,वहीं मुजफ्फरनगर में भारतीय किसान यूनियन के प्रमुख नरेश टिकैत के आह्वान पर आज पंचायत बुलाई गई. महापंचायत के दो घंटे बाद फिर इमरजेंसी पंचायत बुलाई गई. इस दौरान नरेश टिकैत ने बड़ा बयान देते हुये कहा कि कल मुजफ्फरनगर में जीआईसी मैदान में महापंचायत होगी. इसमें सभी किसानों को 11 बजे तक पहुंचने के लिये कहा गया है.
