Delhi has confirmed bird flu after samples of dead crows and ducks tested positive for avian influenza. Besides Delhi, the outbreak has been confirmed in Maharashtra, Kerala, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to meet chief ministers of all the states and union territories virtually at 4 pm on Monday, to discuss the strategy ahead of the Covid-19 vaccine roll-out on January 16.
