नए साल के साथ ही.जम्मू कश्मीर में तीन दिन का विंटर कार्निवल का आयोजन किया गया है।इस विंटर कारनिवल का आयोजन जम्मू के एक खूबसूरत ट्रेवल डेस्टीनेशन पटनीटॉप में किया गया है,हाल ही में पटनीटॉप में भारी बर्फबारी हुई थी ऐसे में स्नोफॉल देखने औऱ नए साल का जश्न मनाने के लिए काफी संख्या में टूरिस्ट पटनीटॉप पहुंचे,एक तरफ बर्फबारी तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ विंटर कार्निवल,यहां आने वाले सैलानियों ने दोगुना मजा उठाया।
