The state capture commission cannot finish its work until President Cyril Ramaphosa and the ANC testify at the inquiry. And Ramaphosa is willing to do that. That's the word from Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo. He also says that he's disappointed that not many people have come forward for the state capture inquiry.
