An unidentified witness told the State Capture Inquiry that threats were made against individuals tasked with investigating corruption within the State Security Agency. The witness referred to as Miss K, says in May 2018, the agency established an internal investigation called Project Momentum. Evidence at the inquiry has revealed the SSA was used for political private interests for years. Miss K is testifying at the commission in secret. Courtesy #DStv403
