It won't be a very festive holiday season in Nelson Mandela Bay. Last night, President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the metro will face tighter COVID-19 restrictions. He's also flagged concerns about the resurgence of cases in the Western Cape, with the Garden Route and Cape Town experiencing rising infections.
