The agriculture minister has invited the protesting farmer groups for talks on Tuesday, two days before the scheduled meeting on December 3. The Union government cited cold and Covid-19 for the invitation to hold talks immediately. The protests and stalemate at the Delhi-Haryana border have now entered the sixth day with more farmers joining the agitation with their tractors and trolleys.
