INGREDIENT
For Vada Pav (वडा पाव)
GingerGarlic Green Chilli Paste (अदरक लहसुन मिर्च का पेस्ट) - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds (राई) - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds(ज़ीरा) - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) - 6-7
Onion chopped(काटे हुए प्याज़) - 1 big
Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1/2 tsp
Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp or as per taste
Potato ((आलू) - 5-6 medium (boiled)
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Pav (पाव)
Gram flour (बेसन) - 1 big cup or 150 gm
Oil (तेल) - to fry
Water (पानी) - as per required
Vada Pav - Sukhi Chutney
Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च ) - 1 tsp
Salt (नमक) - 1/2 tsp
Leftover pakoda chunks - 1bowl
