Tariq Mehmood is a handicapped beggar suffering from polio. Tariq says that he has been begging for 30 years. He is married and has five children. His children do not go to school because he cannot afford an education. Tariq said if the government helps poor people like him, they will be able to send their children to schools too. When Rao Naushad asked how much he earns through begging, Tariq revealed that sometimes people are very generous with money and he once earned 1 lac rupees.
