To be completely honest, I have no idea what a panhandler is. I mean, what does it even mean to panhandle something? Ron Morey certainly knows what a panhandler is, and how to panhandle something and he does a great job through his jokes to describe what it might look like. I can only wish that I run into panhandlers, I guess this isn't the panhandle state. We only get beggars in this state, and beggar people are so much worse than panhandlers. They aren't even funny. Their just annoying with their begging, and moaning, and complaining...here's some advice, take Ron Morey's advice, be funny, and maybe, just maybe I'll give you some money.
