A code of conduct has been imposed in all by-elections in the state. Both BJP and Congress are engaged in campaigning. In the by-election, the hot seat is considered as the evening assembly of Indore district. Where Premchand Guddu reached the Index Medical College on Sunday and caught red-handed people working to add more than 2 thousand fake voters. On reaching the Index Medical College, Guddu with his supporters created a lot of uproar while at the same time, the officials also heard the khuti khuti.

प्रदेश में सभी उपचुनाव वाले जिलों में आचार संहिता लगा दी गई है. बीजेपी और कांग्रेस दोनों ही प्रचार में लगे है. उप चुनाव में हॅाट सीट इंदौर जिले की सांवेर विधानसभा मानी जा रही है. जहां प्रेमचंद गुड्डू ने रविवार को इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज पहुंचकर तकरीबन 2 हजार से ज्यादा फर्जी वोटर को जोड़ने का काम करने वालों का रंगे हाथों पकड़ा है. इंडेक्स मेडिकल कॅालेज पहुंच कर अपने समर्थकों के साथ गुड्डू ने काफी देर तक हंगामा किया वहीं,अधिकारियों को भी खरी खोटी सुनाई.
