Former Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey's discussion about taking VRS to go into politics is intensified. He is at the center of criticism. On this, Gupteshwar Pandey said that this will happen because I have no godfather, no political background. We used to cultivate, feed buffalo. It is not acceptable to some people who have come from there, but I am not one of the retreaters nor do I panic, know that Pandey took voluntary retirement (VRS) on Tuesday.

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले पूर्व डीजीपी गुप्तेश्वर पांडेय ने नौकरी से वीआरएस ले लिया है. गुप्तेश्वर पांडेय के वीआरएस लेने के बाद से ही उनके राजनीति में जाने की चर्चा गर्म है. कहा जा रहा है कि वो इस बार विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ सकते हैं। तो वहीं, गुप्तेश्वर पांडे ने भी राजनीति में जाने के संकेत दिए हैं. बिहार के पूर्व डीजीपी ने बुधवार को कहा था कि अगर मौका मिला तो चुनाव लड़ेंगे क्योंकि वो राजनीति को लोगों की सेवा करने का सबसे बड़ा मंच मानते हैं, जिसको लेकर उनकी आलोचना भी हो रही है.
