Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said that Malaysia is conscious of not being a strong country and has no intention of going to war over runaway fugitive Low Taek Jho, a.k.a. Jho Low.

He said this after he and his wife were awarded honorary doctorates in creative arts, in conjunction with Aswara’s 15th convocation on Thursday.
