Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng has instructed the Inland Revenue Board to investigate elusive financier Low Taek Jho and his family relation to any returns or anything received in the 1MDB scandal. Commonly referred to as Jho Low, the high-living 36-year-old was close to Datuk Seri Najib Razak's family. His whereabouts are unknown.
