Tabung Haji senior exec freed after 4-day remand over graft probe

A senior officer of the Pilgrims Fund or Tabung Haji (TH) who was remanded four days to assist a probe into alleged corruption in the form of house renovation costing RM400,000, was released Saturday as the remand period expired.

The suspect with a Datuk title was released on a bail of RM10,000 with one surety and was ordered to surrender his passport to the MACC.
