Cloudburst and heavy rains wreaked havoc in two villages of Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand on Monday morning, leaving three people dead and as many injured. At least nine people are reportedly missing after the cloudburst in Taga village of Munsiyari and Gela village of Bangapani. Watch video for more details.
