Suspended SO Vinay Tiwari of Chaubepur police station has been taken into custody on the charge of informing for the history encounter of Kanpur encounter Vikas Dubey. Vinay Tiwari was being questioned by the STF team today. Vinay Tiwari has been taken into custody after questioning.
