ADG Prashant Kumar of Kanpur Police in Uttar Pradesh held a press conference on the encounter case of Gangster Vikas Dubey. He told the whole story of Vikas Dubey's encounter. He said, earlier Vikas Dubey was asked to surrender but he fired with the intention of killing the policemen. After which the police fired on him in defense.

गैंगस्टर विकास दुबे के एनकाउंटर मामले पर उत्तर प्रदेश में कानपुर पुलिस के एडीजी प्रशांत कुमार ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की. उन्होंने विकास दुबे के एनकाउंटर की पूरी कहानी बताई. उन्होंने कहा, पहले विकास दुबे से सरेंडर करने के लिए कहा गया था लेकिन उसने पुलिसवालों को जान मारने की नियत से फायरिंग की. जिसके बाद बचाव में पुलिस ने उसपर गोली चलाई.
