Residents of Cakung, East Jakarta flocked to the canal today (June 28) to see foam that appeared.

Footage shows hundreds of people taking watching the river and taking selfies with the foam.

The Public Relations Unit of the Sanitation Implementation Unit of the Jakarta Environment Agency, Efron Firdaus, did not yet know why the foam was in the river and they currently do not know if it was waste or not.
