A little girl was rescued from a water-filled pipe by a heroic 12-year-old boy in a Moscow park. A group of men lowered the boy in to the pipe using tied together belts, after they were unable to pull the toddler free using a branch broken off of a nearby tree and couldn’t fit in the pipe themselves.
