The first-ever talks between Indian and Chinese Lieutenant-Generals over the weekend to ease the tension on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) will focus on eastern Ladakh with the aim of moving back to the earlier positions, sources said on Thursday. “The focus of the talks will be on the Galwan area, Pangong Tso and Gogra. The agenda will focus on the recent use of force, getting back to the positions before May 5 and subsequent de-induction of troops by China,” defence sources said.

भारत और चीन के बीच लद्दाख में चल रहे तनाव के बीच शनिवार को डेलिगेशन लेवल की अहम बैठक होने वाली है. इस बैठक पर सबकी निगाहें टिकी हुई हैं क्योंकि दोनों देशों के बीच पहले कई दौर की मीटिंग बेनतीजा रही है, लेकिन कहा जा रहा है कि इस बार की बताचीत के लिए भारत ने चीन के घेरने के लिए ऐसा चक्रव्यूह तैयार किया है जिससे चीन को निकलना मुश्किल होगा। वैसे दोनों देशों में बातचीत का बिंदु होगा इसके बारे में कोई आधिकारिक जानकारी नहीं दी गयी है, लेकिन माना जा रहा है कि इस बैठक में 4-5 मुद्दों पर चर्चा हो सकती है।
