NDRF चीफ एस एन प्रधान ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस करते हुए बताया कि ऐसा पहली बार हो रहा है जब हम दोहरी आपदा से लड़ रहे हैं. ये वक्त हमारे लिए बेहद चुनौतीपूर्ण है. इसके अलावा उन्होंने बताया की तूफान तेजी से बढ़ रहा है. और NDRF के 41 टीम ने मोर्चा संभाल लिया है.
