The service of Indian Railway has come under criticism yet another time after Vasco Da Gama-Patna Express derailed near Manikpur in Uttar Pradesh on Friday. At least three people were killed and nine injured after the mishap took place at 4:18 am in the morning. The train was traveling from Goa to Patna.
