After the end of Durga Puja, the nation has braced itself for Diwali celebrations. The question which looms large is whether the Diwali celebrations will be with crackers or without crackers. The Supreme Court has already ordered a ban on pollution-causing crackers and green crackers are not adequately available and are sold at high prices too. Here's a report.
