The festival of lights, Diwali is here! Diwali or Deepawali is celebrated with much enthusiasm. Houses are decked up with lanterns & firecrackers lit up the sky. Many states have been promoting the use of green crackers this year. Firecrackers are banned in Delhi. In the first week of October, Chandigarh administration allowed the sale and use of green firecrackers which are certified by CSIR-NEERI.
