Eggless Almond Cookies

INGREDIENTS
Butter - 190 grams
Powdered sugar - 190 grams
Whole wheat flour - 310 grams
Almond powder - 60 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 60 milliliters
Almonds
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 190 grams butter, 190 grams powdered sugar and whisk it well.
2. Now, add all the remaining ingredients in it and whisk it again.
3. Knead the mixture well.
4. Take some mixture in your hand and flatten it using your palms.
5. Place the cookies on a baking tray and garnish with almonds.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy!
