Millions of migrant laborers are stranded in other states due to the lockdown. There is a demand for his return home. The Union Labor Ministry has said in response to an RTI that the Office of the Chief Labor Commissioner has no data of migrant laborers trapped in different parts of the country. Whereas last month, CLC ordered the count of migrant laborers trapped in the country.

लॉकडाउन के चलते लाखों प्रवासी मजदूर दूसरे राज्यों में फंसे हुए हैं. उनकी घर वापसी की मांग की जा रही है. केंद्रीय श्रम मंत्रालय ने एक आरटीआई के जवाब में कहा है कि मुख्य श्रम आयुक्त के कार्यालय के पास देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में फंसे प्रवासी मजदूरों का कोई डेटा नहीं है। जबकि पिछले महीने ही सीएलसी ने देश में फंसे प्रवासी मजदूरों की गिनती का आदेश दिया था।
